Our suppliers range from small independents to nationwide companies.
We have a big supplier base which allows us to source the best ingredients for each and every dish we produce in our kitchen. We use their expert knowledge along with my team here at Colwall to experiment with new flavours, trends and techniques to produce the perfect plate of food. All the fresh produce we use can be traced all the way back to the farm and source of origin.

Peter cooks is an award winning bakery set at the foot of the Malvern hills, they are passionate about making great bread products. All their bread is handmade, using a base of four ingredients.
We are currently using the following for our bread course in the a la carte restaurant:
Cider Crumb – Light malthouse, rye and white flour is combined with Oliver’s Dry Cider to create a truly scrumptious loaf.
Ledbury Loaf – The ultimate everyday white bread. Three days in the making, lasts three times as long. The long fermentation allows the gluten in the bread to break down so it’s ideal for those with a gluten intolerance.
