- Do you have WiFi?
Yes, please feel free to use the free WiFi. A member of staff will be happy to offer you the free access code when you arrive.
- Do you have parking?
Yes we have our own carpark onsite which is free for guests.
- Do you accept dogs?
Yes we do! We accept well behaved dogs and charge £10 per dog per night.
- What time is check in and check out?
You can arrive and check in from 3pm and check out is until 11am.
- Can I arrive before check in and leave my bags?
Yes if you wish to arrive early to explore the area please feel welcome to leave your luggage with us.
- What time is breakfast?
Monday – Friday 7 - 9.30am
Saturday - Sunday 8 - 10am
- How much is breakfast if I book a room only rate?
£12.50 for cooked, £8.50 continental.
- I have booked dinner, bed and breakfast, what is included?
You have a £30 allocation per person redeemable against the a la carte menu, anything over this allowance and drinks will need to be settled as extra.
- Does your restaurant cater for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs?
Yes, as we make all dishes on site they can be adapted to suit all dietary requirements with advance notice.
- Are you wheelchair accessible?
The ground floor bar, restaurant and function rooms are fully accessible with a ramp available to enter the main hotel entrance. Unfortunately due to age and layout of the hotel, we are not equipped with a lift and do not have ground floor bedrooms.
The ladies toilet is equipped with a larger accessible toilet but some larger wheelchairs can have difficulty entering this.
We are currently looking at opportunities on how we can improve our current facilities.
