Cot Charge is £15 per stay and Extra Person in Room Charge is £35 per night for b&b.
We require a deposit of £40 per room to hold & confirm all reservations please.

Cancellation Policy
Please note we charge a £40 admin fee for every cancellation. All reservations cancelled between 7 and 3 days of the date of arrival will be charged the equivalent to one night's full value of the services booked. For reservations cancelled or curtailed within 3 days of the date of arrival a charge equivalent to the full value of the package booked will be made. Cancelled Xmas or New Year packages will also be charged in full.
We suggest you have travel insurance in place to protect against cancellation charges.
