Cot Charge is £15 per stay and Extra Person in Room Charge is £35 per night for b&b. We require a deposit of £40 per room to hold & confirm all reservations please.

Cancellation Policy
Please note there is a minimum £40 admin fee for every cancellation. Cancellations received between 7 and 3 days will be charged one night's stay. Reservations cancelled within 3 days from the date of arrival will be charged the full value of the package booked. Cancelled Xmas or New Year packages will also be charged in full. We suggest you have travel insurance in place to protect against cancellation charges.
